Terms & Conditions

The services are applicable with semi flexible payment and cancellation conditions.

PAYMENT POLICY
This promotional rate is subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation;
your credit card will be charged after confirmation of your hotel reservation.
The remaining amount of your reservation is to be settled 21 days prior to arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in case invalid credit card information or data has been provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.

• If cancelled till 15 days prior arrival, 30% charges will be applied (the deposit).
• If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% charges will apply.
• Cancellation fees on No Show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
• Cancellations fees on Early Departure: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged
